Stephanie Dinius, PhD
Dr. Stephanie Dinius is a licensed psychologist and mental performance coach. Stephanie is available for individual sessions focused on improving mental performance and mental health as well as team/group consulting with Elite Performance Psychology.
Stephanie received her B.A. in Classics from Stanford University, where she was also an All-American student athlete in cross country and track and field, later competing at the Olympic Trials. Stephanie then earned her master’s degree (Ed.M.) in Counseling with a specialization in sport and performance psychology, followed by a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology, both from Boston University. She completed her doctoral psychology internship at the University of Oregon Counseling Services.
Stephanie has experience working with athletes from a variety of sports, including ice hockey, swimming, track & field, soccer, lacrosse, basketball, and rowing. Her areas of interest include performance anxiety, disordered eating, athletic identity, and coping with injury.
